designed with attractive graphics and shows record counts.
Trees are used for record management, and are also returned after
a search.
Self-expanding by design, the tree view accomodates unlimited
quick "at a glance" views of your information.

- Internet Recruiting

The Recruiter runs under the MIDAS application server technology.
This allows it to run over the Internet without the
need of Citrix server or similar platform.
The system does not use a web browser, but instead uses
a proprietary module that runs on each users' computer.
This allows recruiters to work remotely with
only a small client application to install.
All recruiters need are the IP address of the computer where
your MS/SQL Server resides. Users connect from any remote location using an Internet Protocol (IP) address.
This allows for securely accessing the database from literally anywhere.

Post your job openings on your own web site just by clicking a field in the job order,

For extended security, users logging on the system will be authenticated using
the Windows NT or 2000 SAMS file, Windows security file. Once proven that this
user has access to this server, he will then be authenticated against the Recruiter
User database. This means two level of security, first is that he is allowed
to access the company server, second to see if he is allowed to access Recruiter.

The Security Console is a powerful and robust tool that allows your organization to
control the access to the database.
Controlling means that you can hide any of the above completely from the user;
you may make fields read only for other groups and give other groups full control.
Each user will be assigned special authorities.
Users are members of groups; each group is assigned its security level.

Using The Security Console, you control:
- Hiding inaccessible fields

Several methods of searching are available.

Searching is based on having users build their searches by
selecting the fields they want directly from the database with an English-like
language. It allows them to use And, Or, Not, Resembles logic.

The query is built dynamically and shown here for verification purpose. The search
criteria could be saved for researching.
Recruiter Will allow for saving of tasks. All sorting problems will be eliminated.

- Lookup Windows
|
Lookup windows popup to provide a list of pre-defined, standardized
items. Lookups are organized hierarchically. When used for searching
the hierachical nature permits "shotgun" searches of all items
within a specific hierarchy.
Lookups will be generated in a presentation format
in separate windows allowing Duplicate skills to be added. When a duplicate
skill is found in the table while typing, the system will list all duplicates
skills to allow user to select form them. For example, Windows 2000 can appear
under IT skills and Application Development. When user types Windows 2000, he
will see a box that lists:

For the user to select which set is wanted in the search criteria.

Recruiter can build on-screen and printable graphs. These graphs show
user's recruiting performance, Number of new Applicants,

This is available with TimeSheet management and is an optional feature.
- Cellular Alerts
The Recruiter will monitor events and activities and automatically

Relational Data Displays
The base platform uses relational data models to
allow related information to appear in grids and trees.
As trees expand, all related information becomes visible as
detailed summaries. For example, as you expand a candidate,
you will see work experience, education, attach job orders.
With job orders, you can relate candidates by various filters such as
1- Considered for the Job
2- Applied for the Job
This will allow users to have a working candidates list and non working
one, those who are contacted and willing to apply for the job will be moved
form the Considered list to the Applied List.
Users will be able to change the listing
format, as they prefer. They can see results in a tree listing or in
the regular grid. Users may customize grid to their own preference.
This grid or tree also limits what the user can do based on privileges.
Certain grids present unlimited information. This allows
for unlimited phones, email addresses, street addresses.
- Operating System Compatibility
Recruiter is developed to be compatible with Win9X, Win2K, SQL7, SQL2000 and Oracle.
- R4W to Recruiter Conversion
Clients converting from R4W to Recruiter will find it an easy step. There will
be data mapping that will require analysis, which will then be mapped via a
utility that will link the new mapping to the old mapping.

- IRIS vs REX
Resume Mirror
has extended the original IRIS resume extraction system - this is now available
on every desktop, which will allow users to interpret resumes directly into the
database without the need of a dedicated IRIS station. Whenever there is a duplicate,
and the owner is not the same, the resume must be sent to the administrator
for adequate action to be taken.
- Integration with other payroll or ERP systems
Export your data into an SQL table, and Excel sheet or a standard comma separated file
and import directly into your accounting system. If your accounting system allows,
we can directly export the data into the accounting file system immediately.
